Nature based tourism products, including a wide spectrum of lodges, tented camps, camping sites and guest lodges already exist across the landscape, with a current concentration along the Kavango and Zambezi Rivers.

It is an intention of the KAZA TFCA development process to expand and extend the network of accommodation to new areas, especially in south east Angola and western Zambia.

The diverse ecosystems and landscapes of the KAZA TFCA footprint allow for a vast number of tourism related activites to be carried out including amongst others:

  • Wildlife game viewing
  • Mokoro trips
  • White-water rafting
  • Canoeing & kyaking
  • Bungy jumping
  • Fishing
  • Camping
  • Hiking
  • etc...
