Platforms for national stakeholders activated

Key to the success of any such ambitious, large scale and long term initiative is the support provided by the people it directly affects.

Each of the KAZA partner countries has established a National Steering Committee comprising representation from relevant national government institutions as well as non governmental representation, both from the private sector and the community level.

These NSCs meet regularly and provide a forum through which KAZA stakeholders can ensure that their interests are addressed and through which they can remain involved in the development and implementation of projects.
